Ingredients
4 (about 1 lb/500 g) well-trimmed pork chops
1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
2 cups (500 mL) sweet potato, cut in 3/4" (2 cm) chunks
1/2 tsp (2 mL) garlic powder
1 tbsp (15 mL) dried parsley flakes, crushed
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
Directions
- Brown pork chops well in heated oil at medium-high heat in skillet – about 4 minutes per side.
- Add soup mixed with water and sweet potato, garlic powder, parsley flakes and oregano. Simmer, covered, until pork chops are cooked through – about 10 minutes.
