Prep: 
Slice red onion into rounds. Spread half the onions on the bottom of the Crock-Pot. Season the pork roast with salt and pepper and place on top of the onions. Pour the broth and Island Teriyaki sauce over the pork and cover with remaining onions.

Cook:
Set the Crock-Pot to low and cook the pot roast for 4-6 hours. When the meat is ready, remove from the pan. Take a large spoon and skim the fat off the remaining sauce.
Serve the pork with sliced or cubed pineapple. Spoon the sauce over top. Serve immediately...voila... a great chinese pork recipe
