Pork Roll

Pork roll is a packed minced ham. Pork roll is generally sliced and pan-fried or grilled, but can also be microwaved. Pork roll is commonly given one to four cuts along its outer edge to prevent the slices from curling in the middle and cooking unevenly.

Pork roll is typically eaten as part of a sandwich, with popular condiments including salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Naturally, pork roll is also incorporated in many other recipes.

Jersey is famous for one of the best foods in the world- Taylor Ham or Taylor pork roll. Sliced thick or thin, tangy or mild, four little cuts around the edges and cooked, and brown:
